Pre-cut Vs Pre-assembled Kits

What is the difference??

Our Kits are not like any others on the market.
The roof frames have been pre-assembled on the floor of our workshop to ensure that when you put them together yourself at home, that it is a perfect fit and a speedy installation process.

What Does Pre-assembled Actually Mean?

Pre-assembled means that the Entire roof frame has been PRE-CUT to there specific sizes angles for roof and birdsmouths.
This is the level that most of our competitors supply there kits
We then go to the next level and Physically screw together the entire roof frame on the ground of our workshop.
This includes the Roof Beams, Rafters, Hips and Jack Rafters which gives us the opportunity to measure all the rafter spacing evenly and accurately as well as make any adjustments to the hips and alignment.
once Roof frame is complete, we measure and cut all the roof battens according to the style roof you have chosen.
We then label the Entire frame with a unique numbering system which ensures that every piece has its own letter/number.
We mark the position of every timber, rafter, hip, jack rafter and batten so there is no guessing or measuring, just line the screw hole up and off you go.
Once the entire frame is complete we then dis-assemble Ready for Stain, Paint or delivery.

Why Is This Important

We are licensed carpenters and have been installing Gazebos for our founder company: Sydney Gazebo & Bali Huts for many, many years.
Over this time we have perfected an accurate way of delivering DIY kits to make your project super easy.
If you have worked with timber before in the past, 1 millimeter out on one side can lead to 5-10mm out somewhere else. Our focus is to take that pain away.
If you can keep a secret: Sydney Gazebo & Bali huts use the exact frame system before they install any of there gazebos and huts, this is how we know it is a bullet proof DIY system.
Not to mention: You dont only receive a detailed DIY booklet, phone / email support & Labelled layout plan, you also Receive access to Hundreds of onsite photos and videos that our installers have been collations over the years.

Keep in mind this method is not the cheapest alternative & takes us alot longer to manufacture but guaranteed the most effective when it comes to being 100% accurate when onsite.
As what you save in dollars you lose in time installing and we will explain further in our comparison table.
